St. Gregory Credit Union offers optional, non-promotional, one-to-one SMS support for members and prospective members who request assistance. Messages may include responses to questions, support-request updates, appointment coordination, and general service information.

How enrollment works

Text-message keyword

  1. Read the disclosure above, our SMS Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.
  2. Text START to (773) 561-5493.
  3. Your incoming START message, mobile number, date, and time are retained as the consent record.
  4. St. Gregory Credit Union sends no SMS response before receiving START.
  5. After enrollment, messages are limited to the support or service interaction you requested.

Telephone or in-person verbal consent

  1. Tell a St. Gregory Credit Union employee that you want one-to-one SMS support.
  2. The employee reads the complete consent disclosure and confirms your mobile number.
  3. You must affirmatively state that you agree to receive SMS support.
  4. The employee records your consent before sending the first SMS.

We do not currently use a website form or paper form for SMS enrollment. Merely providing a telephone number, or sending a text that does not include START, is not treated as consent.

Privacy and security

Do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers, PINs, passwords, security codes, payment instructions, or other confidential financial information by SMS. We may direct account-specific questions to a more secure channel.

Mobile information and text-message originator opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
